Q: How do the Bali  vacation rental(s) get my booking?

A: Due to the nature of our Bali villas operational & networking connection, it takes merely a few minutes for us to get connected with any vacation rental to process your booking. We will get confirmation whether villa is available for the booking period requested and notify you immediately within 24 hours.

Q: How do Bali vacation rentals categorize the  "seasons"

A: In General,  Bali vacation rentals categorize the year into 3 (three) seasons to structure their rental rates.

Currently most rental villas have a High Season rates that encompass Peak and High Season as well as a Low Season rate: 

  • Low Season:
    January 9th to June 30th (excluding Easter & Chinese New Year period), September 16th to December 19th
  • High Season:
    July 1st to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, Easter & Chinese New Year week
  • Peak Season:
    August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 8th (Xmas & New Year period)

Q: How do I make sure my reservation confirmed and secured?

A: As soon as you proceed payment (either by credit card guarantee, telegraphic transfer or fully  pre-paid using paypal) your booking is secured and the villa is yours.


Q: Can I change or cancel a booking?

A: That depends on the rental villa’s policy. When confirming your booking, we will attach term & condition of each vacation rental respectively. We process all changes and cancellations to make sure everything goes smoothly, and charge a nominal processing fee for all changes and cancellations.


Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on the Internet?

A: We use 128-bit encryption to protect your credit card details on the Internet. In simple terms, that means no-one gets to see your credit card details when you enter them for a booking. You're not handing your card over to anyone, or writing it down for someone.
