The Dusun has 14 unit villas in total with the choice of one-bedroom and three-bedroom villa. Each features a queen size bed, air conditioning, satellite television and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower or bath,  spacious – open air living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and most of all a private swimming pool amidst tropical garden landscaped with Frangipani, Palms, Yellow Coconut trees, Lotus ponds and a variety of tropical flowers.

One-bedroom villas consist of a single pavilion on 200m2 land is individually gated for privacy. The Bedroom (air-conditioned) features a satellite television, walk-in closet, and personal safety-box and en-suite bathroom.

Three bedroom villas consist of 2 pavilions on 635m2 land with private entrance. The main Villa consists of a large open-air pavilion with a spectacular cone shaped thatched roof and  houses 2 bedrooms (air-conditioned) with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, safety boxes and cable TV. The interior theme is smart and sleek using earthy color theme throughout the whole property.
